All charter trips and harbor cruises require a $300 nonrefundable deposit. If 14 days notice is given, the deposit can be transferred to another date, if one is available and can be agreed upon for the same calendar year. Total trip costs are due on the date of the trip.
Trip cancellations by the Captain due to weather, safety or other concerns will result in all fees and deposits being refunded. Cancellations by the Captain for unsafe conduct will not result in a refund.
